The conference will take place at the RelaiSoleil in Carcans-Maubuisson near the Atlantic coast, approximately 50 km west of Bordeaux. Transportation by bus will be organized from the Bordeaux-Merignac airport and the Bordeaux railroad station. The bus will leave at 16:30 from the railroad station and 17:30 from the airport on Monday 3 September.
Another transportation is planed on Friday 7 September, leaving the RelaiSoleil at 13:00 to the airport (arrival at about 14:00) and the railroad station (15:00 approximatively).
